TRANSPARENCY AND TRUST
Privacy policy
How we process personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Innovision - Consulting, Lda is the controller of personal data processed in connection with this website. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact info@innovision.pt. Full company details and the registered office address are available on the Legal information page.
This policy covers browsing and requests for information or meetings. The processing of data when providing accounting, human resources or tax advisory services is covered by specific information supplied in the client relationship.
2. The data we use and how we receive it
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company (optional), message and, for a meeting request, your preferred format and two proposed time slots. Please provide only what is necessary for an initial enquiry; avoid sending tax documents, employee data or other confidential information at this stage.
When you select “Send meeting request”, the completed fields are transmitted to the website server and forwarded by email to info@innovision.pt for review and reply. You do not need to open your email application. Submitting a request does not confirm the meeting: this requires our response.
The hosting server may record technical access data, such as IP address, date and time, requested pages and browser information, to operate and protect the website. The form also uses technical identifiers derived from the IP address and request to limit abusive submissions and prevent duplicates. Message content is not stored in these protection records.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use the data to answer enquiries, assess requests for services and arrange meetings. Where the enquiry is made by the prospective client themselves, processing is based on taking steps at their request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For communication with company representatives and general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing communications and professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Website security is based on our legitimate interest in protecting systems and preventing misuse. Where a specific legal obligation applies, the processing necessary to meet it is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Providing contact details is voluntary, but without the necessary information we may be unable to respond or arrange a meeting. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to advertising or newsletters. This website does not carry out profiling or make decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to assess, answer and follow them up. Once the matter is closed, further retention is limited to what is necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend rights, taking account of the periods applicable to the case. If a contractual relationship is established, the privacy information associated with the service applies.
Form protection identifiers expire after 24 hours and are deleted the next time the service is used. Other technical logs are retained for the period needed for operation, security and incident investigation.
5. Who may access the data
Data may be accessed by authorised Innovision personnel and the providers necessary for hosting (PTisp), email and IT support, within their respective responsibilities and confidentiality obligations. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Links to external websites and the email application you choose are subject to their providers’ policies. Selecting Microsoft Teams in the form simply indicates your preferred meeting format; it does not initiate a connection to that service.
6. Cookies and external resources
This version of the website does not use advertising or audience measurement cookies, or behavioural analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own hosting, without a connection to Google Fonts. There are no embedded third-party maps, videos or scheduling tools.
If features requiring non-essential cookies or other processing are introduced, this information must be updated and consent requested where legally required.
7. Your rights
Under the terms and conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and exercise your rights to object and to data portability, where applicable. To exercise these rights, write to info@innovision.pt. We may request only the information necessary to verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), without prejudice to other available remedies.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy must reflect Innovision’s actual features and practices. The revision date is shown on this page.
